Alumni Support Groups
To provide a peer-supported social network reinforcing living sober as you are living independently.

Case Management

To assist you in accessing medical, educational, social, vocational, rehabilitative or other community services, including coordinating referrals, advocacy, transportation, monitoring progress, and treatment plan development.

Housing Navigation

To assist in the identification of safe, affordable and accessible housing options during your recovery transition.

Job Readiness and Education Classes

To support your future, including peer-to-peer process groups, relapse prevention education and activities life skills, employment services, job training, positive parenting, family/marriage education, spiritual and faith-based support, and community resources/individual services coordination.
